S. Scott Nelson-Archer graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then entered into the insurance and financial services field with a local firm in The Woodlands, Texas.

Scott also is a perennial industry leader in providing coverage through a host of national insurance companies. Scott has earned both his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.

Scott is married to Colleen, a native of Buffalo, NY, and they have two children, Leah and Braeden. The Nelson-Archers enjoy the outdoors, spending a good deal of time in the Colorado Rockies camping, hiking, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, and skiing.

W. Ryan Poindexter, CFP, CLU, ChFC, started his career in 1991 focusing on disability insurance. He obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. Ryan attended and earned degrees in both finance and accounting from Texas A&M University in 1989.

Ryan and his wife, Melissa, have two sons, Mason and Landon. The Poindexter family resides in Houston, Texas where he enjoys coaching youth sports, baseball and traveling.
